This HDZ-100K ampoule cartoning machine is mainly intended for automatic box packaging of injection in bubble cap board trays or similar to bubble cap boards. This cartoner can be connected to the front packaging to operate in order to increase use efficiency. It is fully automatic.
Main Characteristics:
1. Speed-regulated with variable frequency and adopt PLC automatic control system.
2. This ampoule cartoner adopts man-machine interface operating system with automatic indication of packaging speed and counting.
3. Box packaging of different specifications can be conducted on the same machine.
4. Automatically folded description sheets can be prepared and 3-line lot numbers in steel seal can be printed at the same time.
5. Switchover between manual and automatic operation.
6. Automatic inspection system for alarm and machine switch-off in case of non-conforming products.
7. This ampoule cartoning equipment is able to be connected with hot melt adhesive machine.
