Features of Equipment
This PPR or PE water supply pipe extrusion line is constructed with vacuum calibration stand, hauling machine, cutting machine, stacker and other equipment. Therein, the single screw extruder and the hauling machine utilize the AC variable frequency speed regulating device. The vacuum pump and the hauling motor are quality devices. The hauling machine can be equipped with double, three, four, six, eight, ten claws. Additionally, the cutting machine works in different methods, such as chipless cutting, saw cutting or planetary cutting.

The PPR or PE water supply pipe extrusion line offers reliable performance and high production efficiency. To meet the needs of customers, we can install specialized devices to produce the pipe with spiral inner wall, hollow pipe and foamed core pipe, with the extruder changed. Controlled by the computer automatically, the planetary cutter comes with convenient operation and reliable performance, approaching the international advanced level.

This Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly involved in the water supply and drainage in agriculture and buildings, cable laying and other aspects. It is suitable for making the pipes with PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core and other materials.
