PVC Pipe Extrusion Line

This PVC pipe extrusion line is constituted by the conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, traction machine, cutter, stacker and other parts. Both of the extruder and the traction machine are mounted with AC speed regulating system. The product line also chooses the optimal vacuum pump and traction motor. Moreover, the traction machine works with several claws, such as two, three, four, six, eight, ten and even more claws. Users can select the saw cutting or planetary cutting. Moreover, the cutter cooperates with length measuring device and thickening equipment.
The PVC pipe extrusion line works with credible property and high efficiency. It can be configured with dedicated devices to produce the mute hollow pipe, the tube with spiral inner wall, hollow spiral pipe and foamed core pipe based on the requirements of clients. The planetary cutter utilizes the automatic control system via the computer.
